now that i’ve returned from my thanksgiving stay with family it’s back to normal with writing and recipe testing. the weather has turned much cooler, which of course reminds me of cozy afternoons snuggled up next to the fire with a cup of hot cocoa and a good book. i don’t have a fireplace, but i do have hot cocoa with homemade whipped cream, and the first two seasons of downton abbey.
